I was recently at a trade show and something interestign came up I thought I should share.
The makeup artist union is no longer going to recognize the word KEY when used to describe the head of department when it comes to makeup and hair departments. East and West coasts use the term differently and it has caused much pain and diffuculty for the artists. So for our purposes the term used before the year 2010 on this site is meant as head of department.
